Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from Good Practice (the “Site”, i.e. goodpracticegoods.com). Our business is based in the UK and operates under UK law, however, through the way we operate, we do our best to comply with the local laws that protect our international customers.

Although a UK-based business, we are committed to protecting the data and privacy of our international customers. With the help of our website host, Shopify, our website complies with the CCPA which covers customers browsing in California. You can read more and learn how to opt-out here.

We occasionally send updates to customers who opt-in to our newsletter. You have the option to subscribe when checking out an order or by using the sign up form at the bottom of any page on the Site. Subscribers are given the option to unsubscribe from our newsletter e-mails at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any newsletter e-mail. This option excludes service e-mails such as shipping confirmations and customer service communication.

When using the sign up form or when opting-in upon checkout, we use the ShopSync automation app to instantly hand your information over from Shopify to Mailchimp. ShopSync do not see your Personal Information if you do not opt-in to the newsletter upon checkout. BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
